Hi, I've stayed here for one night, the staff are very friendly. They are happy to welcome guests, there is no feeling or showing an unpleasant expression towards the guests. Check-in time at night is also made easy, check-out time is also not long, the parking price is really worth it, the parking attendant also allows you to create a member, thank you.

Everything is ok, only the soundproofing is lacking.

I felt like I had a reunion with the Swarna Dwipa Hotel in 2007. The first time I was on a work assignment to Palembang, the hotel was pleasant, clean, and the staff were friendly.

Ok for vacation with promo price

A great place for family relaxation, you can jog on the fish pond, buy snacks, but one thing is that during breakfast you don't get a seat or side dishes.

The toilet is not very clean. Can't flash. There is no tissue in the room.

I've been a regular here, the location and place are comfortable, if it could be improved further in terms of cleanliness, it would be good if it could be vacuumed.
