The room was good, clean and comfortable. When booking, breakfast was included. When we arrived at the accommodation, breakfast was only available for 1 person. If there were 2 people, an additional 150 baht would have to be paid for 1 person.

The air-conditioned room smells really bad.

Everything is good. I would like to improve the TV system in the room. There are still problems. Sometimes it can be watched and sometimes it can't.

The long-haired female receptionist was not very friendly when checking in because we booked directly through the Taveloka website at the front desk. At first, I asked the female staff how much the walk-in price was. The female staff said 1,900 for a Grand deluxe Premium room. I asked the female staff if it was 1,190/night on Traveloka agent. The female receptionist replied that the room was full, but I said that it was listed here for booking. She was not happy. Then I asked back why I could book. The female staff replied that they would move the room. At first, they said it was full. When we got a cheaper price, we were not happy. And when talking to customers, they did not look at each other. They did not speak politely!! But the male receptionist was very polite.

The bed is very hard. It's not worth the price of 1,000 baht per night. My back hurts. I've stayed in Nakhon Pathom before, which was cheaper, but the bed was softer. With this high price, I should change the bed. I'm very disappointed with the bed.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is varied and everything is delicious.

แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรศัพย์ในห้องเสีย เครื่องทำน้ำร้อนไม่ทำงานน้ำร้อนมาก เรียกช่างมาซ่อมหลายรอบกว่าจะหาย ที่แขวนผ้าเช็ดตัวในห้องน้ำซ่อมแล้วก็หักลงมาอีก ตอนตี 1 มีเสียงalarmดังแปปนึง ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเลย ได้ยินเสียงรถ เสียงประตูห้องข้างๆตลอด ขนาดนอนชั้น 7 ชั้นเกือบสุดของรร มีข้อดีแค่พนักงานพูดจาดี

ปกติเคยไปพักมา รู้สึกดีเลยเลือกอีก แต่ครั้งนี้แย่มาก อาหารไม่อร่อย ห้องน้ำไม่มีสบู่อาบน้ำ มีแต่ขวดเปล่า น้ำฉีดไม่สามารถปรับได้ แรงงงมากก ครับ หวังว่าคงได้รับการแก้ำขโดยด่วน

ห้องพักสะอาดดี แต่ประตูไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ทำให้เสียงจากนอกห้องเข้ามาในห้องค่อนข้างเยอะ อาหารเช้า มาตรฐาน รสชาติดี แต่ไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย สรุปแล้วคือสมราคา

ที่ตั้งดี ใกล้องค์พระ หาของกินสะดวก ความสะอาดในห้องพักน่าจะดีได้อีก ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาด อาหารเช้าเฉยๆ

โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่มาก ติดถนนหาง่ายมีร้านกาแฟข้างล่าง มีห้องอาหาร มีเซเว่นฝั่งตรงข้ามคือดีเลยค่ะ ชั้นบนมองเห็นองค์พระนิดหน่อย ห้องกว้าง ที่นอนสะอาดแต่เหมือนใช้งานมานานเพราะที่นอนยุบลงเป็นแอ่ง ตื่นมาปวดคอเลย ห้องน้ำสะอาดค่ะ แต่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง คนเดินผ่านคุยกันได้ยิน สั่งอาหารจากห้องอาหารด้านล่างตอนเย็น ไม่ตรงปกนิดหน่อย ได้น้อยมากไม่เหมือนที่เห็นในรีวิวแต่พอรับได้ ข้อเสียคือ เที่ยงคืนเกือบตี 1 เสียงสัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้ดัง ทั้งชั้น (พักชั้น 6) เปิดห้องออกมามองหาสิ่งผิดปกติพักใหญ่แล้วเสียงเงียบไป เลยให้แฟนโทรลงถามที่ฟร้อน สรุปมีนักท่องเที่ยวดูดบุหรี่ในห้องพัก! กว่าจะหลับเกือบตี 3 เพราะข่าวไฟไหม้คาสิโน่เมื่อสิ่นปีก็ยังอยู่ในหัว สดุ้งตื่นอีกครั้งเพราะเสียงสัญญาณเตือนดังอีกตอนหกโมงเช้า จบข่าวไม่ต้องนอน ซวยแต่ต้นปี แต่ 5 ดาวให้ห้องอาหารช่วงเบรคฟาส อาหารดี ถึงจะมีน้อยแต่อร่อยมากค่ะ จัดห้องอาหารสวย อากาศดี พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักโดยเฉพาะน้องสาวสองที่มารับคูปอง แนะนำดีมาก สุภาพมาก ๆ ค่ะ

The room was clean and there were sockets next to the bed so that I was able to charge my phone. The breakfast needs improvement. E.g. the hotel could offer whole wheat bread. A bigger choice of foods is desirable. I often needed to ask for refilling of bread or milk.

1. The room is not well-maintained. Floor tiles, shower and TV remote control are not in good condition. 2. The hotel arranged a beer garden with a big screen of football matches in front of the hotel that made loud noise. Living on the 4th floor in the front part of the hotel, I heard that loud noise. I called the reception and she told me that the beer garden was expected to be closed at midnight. Afterthat she called and asked if I could move to the rear part of the hotel. It was almost 10pm and we were all in pajamas so I denied and asked her to control that noise. Finally, the noise from the football match had been controlled but the noise from people there was not. In my opinion, if the hotel has planned to arrange a beer garden with football matches that would make loud noise, they should not accommodate hotel guests in front part of the hotel. 3. At 5. 50 am, music from somewhere woke us up and I had to call the reception again. She told me that might be the music from the hotel breakfast restaurant and she would try to help. 4. Key card deposit was cash-only and the small receipt must be presented at check out. 5. Breakfast was worth the price.

I like it very much. Convenient, comfortable bedroom. There is definitely a chance to go again.
