The towels smelled of chlorine and were thin. Shampoo was limited. Small towels were charged. Dirty towels were left on top of suitcases.

Just arrived at the hotel after a long journey, my body was tired, I wanted to take a shower and rest but there was a SHOWER PROBLEM (the water was small & the shower handle was loose) & the ENGINEER TOOK 65 MINUTES TO FIX THE SHOWER. Breakfast was delicious. This is a 4-STAR hotel.

Yesterday, I requested an early check-in at 1:00 PM because a room was available. The facilities are great, the room is clean, comfortable, and offers a city view. It's also close to everything I need to get snacks. I might stay there again sometime.

I've stayed at KJ Hotel twice, in 2023 and 2025. But the service hasn't changed, all the staff are helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is top-notch, even the walls are clean. The view from the balcony is great, especially at sunset. The food is varied and delicious. The hotel is also kid-friendly 😊. Recommended for a hotel near the city and for families with affordable prices 😊🙏🏻
