Super recommended for those who travel alone, especially for women because there is a female room available. The receptionist is also okay, check in and check out are easy. It's just that the toilet was a bit dirty when I was about to go home, but when I just arrived, the toilet was very clean, it seems like it was just cleaned💯

Was enjoying the place due to its cleanliness.

Highly recommended. The location is close to the MRT. Just walk to Arab Street, Haji Lane, Sultan Mosque, Bugis Street and Bugis Junction. The rooms and kitchen are also clean, the staff is nice.

Shower room limited for lot of guest. 1 shower room can't used. That's it. But anyway for limited budget it's still worth it

The AC is really hot, report it to the receptionist, immediately say they can't help, there are no technicians, at least they can check the condition of the room first

Good for Muslim ealing, close to Sultan Mosque.

The toilets and bathrooms are always lined up. They are never really empty when we want to go in, so we have to wait first. Maybe in the future they should add facilities.

Worth it for the price of the hotel, the facilities and the environment around the hotel close to public transportation.

Located at Kampong Glam allows me to visit the attraction around. The nearest MRT is 10-minutes walking distance. Hence I use bus more often to travel around. The space of capsule is more spacious than what I expected. There's space on the side for me to put my belongings instead of putting everything at the storage space underneath the bed. The bathroom is spacious too. However, wish that the shared bathroom could be cleaned more frequent. Overall is a very worth stays.

nice area at the Arab street, lots of turkish/arab/lebanese restaurants surrounding the street. right next to Masjid Sultan. many shops around and 7 eleven outlet is just around the corner. Pedestrian friendly streets. front desk reception not giving enough information and not very welcoming. better just stick to the time, check in 3pm, check out by 12 pm. they will not entertain you before that. guests are required to.download their app to check in. the app system is weird. book on Traveloka is much cheaper than booking over the counter or throught their app. private room is nice. breakfast provided. water dispenser lack hot water. stairs to upper berth bed is super risky. female room is upstairs air ventilation/conditioning not so good. sound proofing needs improvement. you could here noisy guests from the other room laughing and talking at midnight or someone doing some chores in the other capsule. the street is nice. the hostel is not.

Always be the 1st choice, when I need a hotel in SG

The female receptionist who help me to check in was not friendly at all. She didn't show me where to put the shoes, where to get slippers. And when my lock cabinet got problem she was fussy to help. However, the guy receptionist in the night was friendly. I saw he guide my roomates and showed all the things they needed to know in the room. I also asked about the slippers and he came to help. The bathroom 1st floor only clean after cleaning around 3-5pm. The night was the horible experience with 1st floor bathroom. Others throw away tissue inside toilet, smelly, and dirty everywhere. When I was inside, got a female staff knocked, she wanna change her cloth, so I asked her help to clean toilet also. Who knows she did her business inside, never help, even the toilet smell worse. I clean until I wanna vomit. Since then I trauma using 1st floor toilet, always use 2nd floor. The breakfast taste good and got a lot of jam options. And the location in the middle of tourist area. So, a lot of foods nearby.

The room is small, but the bed is spacious, clean and the bathroom is clean and comfortable.
