Air di kamar mandi mati. Air di kloset juga mati. Beberapa kali komplain, akhirnya room boy hanya mengantarkan ember dan gayung untuk menampung air.

For clean rooms, but the area leading to the room looks like it's not cleaned, in the morning at dawn the water doesn't work. You have to tell the officer first and even then there is no phone so you have to go down to the 1st floor first.

Overall it is not so bad. Although I wont say it is great. The room itself is pretty clean. The towel hanger broke by themselves when I put the towel back.
