Tempatnya kotor, tidak ada handuk, check in sangat lama dan alamat tidak jelas.

Sangatlah buruk, kami telpon dari pagi hingga sore tidak ada yang angkat, saya dateng jauh dari Kalimantan ke Jakarta sampai Jakarta saya telpon di nomor yang tercantum di aplikasi tapi tidak ada yang angkat, sungguh sangat buruk, saran saya tolong cantumkan no hp yang ada nomor whatsapp nya, bila perlu nomor whatsapp bossnya sekalian, biar bossnya tau bagaimana kelakuan anak buahnya. Kejadiannya di tanggal 31 malam tahun baru, kalau tidak di tolong koko yang punya usaha alat musik di atasnya mungkin saya sudah terlantar. Karyawan yang pakai jilbab cuma bilang oh dengan alasan ga masuk akal mana jutek ketika saya nanya kenapa saya telepon dari pagi sampai sore ga ada yang angkat.

Furniture dan perlengkapan makan tidak bagus pada rusak. AC kurang dingin. Ruangannya agak kotor.

Stayed in room 703 TowerManhatan. Lots of small cockroaches coming out of the kitchen area (Kitchen) to the dining table and entering the food, the air conditioner is not cold enough and the condition of the unit is not well maintained, the sheets are also not clean, the dispenser has no power plug and when I complain to the manager by phone to ask for a change the unit couldn't and he said the AC wasn't cold, just waited a bit longer because the air conditioner was an old model, but when I got home the air conditioner was in the living room and the room still had wind coming out. Disappointed to stay in this unit, it must be improved for the unit facilities in room 703 because it looks very poorly maintained and less suitable for rent.

The unit is neat, the service is friendly. Very satisfied, I don't regret staying here 😊, the room is a bit less clean because there are still small dead cockroaches. The rest is very comfortable 😍.

It's good to stick with the mall, but if you bring your own car it will come up short and the parking lot. Clean rooms, hot water, okay, cold air conditioning, you just can't get a bath, soap.
