My favorite hotel since long time ago when I have to go on a road trip to Jember, the price is really cheap for such facilities and cleanliness.

The hotel staff was very friendly and quick to respond when the AC was not cold enough, the AC team immediately went to the scene, maybe because when we stayed the air in Jember was very hot so the AC didn't work. Only the pillows needed to be replaced, it was obvious that they weren't hotel pillows.

This hotel is homely. Comfortable atmosphere, lots of plants only. But it's time to change and maintain the pillows and so on and for me in the non-smoking room there is still the smell of the smoking room so it was uncomfortable (the hotel is old but well maintained) the parking area is also OK, you can access it here and there. The waiter is also OK.

If you want to go to the ATM, BCA cash store, walk 4 minutes to the right of the hotel. There's an Indomart. There's also food at night. Lots of friendly staff. The receptionist and the rooms are really good. clean, cold AC, just comfortable.
