The receptionist at night was not enthusiastic, the room was smelly, and the air conditioner was leaking. Room price 415k / night, in my opinion is not worth it. I couldn't sleep all night.

Chưa bao giờ gặp phải trường hợp bạn đến phòng chơi từ 8g-11g ra về bị phụ thu thêm 150k mà không hề gọi điện cho chủ phòng để thông báo . Sau khi bị phụ thu vô lý lên đọc đánh giá thì mới thấy không phải mình mình bị . Phòng không có nước và cũng không có tủ lạnh cho khách luôn .

Mình xin thêm 1 câu gối để kê đầu thì lễ Tân bảo chị phục vụ phòng không đồng ý , bạn bè lên chơi quá 1h30 phút tính phụ thu 150k/1 người lần đầu tiền thấy dịch vụ như vậy , không có lần thứ 2 quay lại

The hotel is clean from the corridor to the accommodation. The staff were nice and enthusiastic (except for the night guard, because we all called the door at 2am so my face was a bit uncomfortable). Good facilities TV with internet connection to watch YouTube. The book was well priced so extremely satisfied. Will come back next time.

Room smells bad. Mattresses, pillows and blankets have many stains, yellow spots, some places as blood stains. Room without phone call reception. I checked in late at night, came up to see if I wanted to change rooms, but the receptionist was unable to contact anyone.

I had a great vacation with my family here. This hotel is very attentive service and the room is very comfortable and clean! Give me a very good feeling. I will come back with family and friends and recommend it to everyone.

The female staff is warm and friendly, the male staff is not in a good service attitude. Room is clean, a bit far from the center. The hotel does not have an extra bed for children, but is surcharged 50k / day for families with 2 children.

The male receptionist was not happy to talk. answer guests in contempt. The cute female receptionist talked ok. Had the internal rule lost the key 100k then why did the guests go out to give the key not to take away? room like that without refrigerator. Do not give water, must there be a small refrigerator?
