Stayed for 3d2n here. Comfortable room, decent food and service, good value for money for sure. Loving the beach access and spent most of our time swimming, relaxing at the rest restaurant, and enjoying the peaceful vibe. Got an upagrade and the bedroom&bathroom are spacious!

The shower in the bathroom is broken and cannot be turned on, the room is quite small, the twin bed is very small, not suitable for bringing a baby, want to upgrade to a large bed, the room is already sold out. The weather is not supportive, it keeps raining 😁 It's a noisy Sunday night, there are events, bring a baby, the room is not soundproof, there is noise outside, there is noise above... so that's the beginning of the holiday hehe

We arrived at 2 pm and asked for a room upgrade, but were only able to check in at 4.30 pm. Towels and mats were not yet available and were delivered at 7 pm. The food and view were okay. But the service was lacking.

A pleasant holiday experience here, my child didn't want to go home because it was comfortable here. Alhamdulillah given a free upgrade to a junior suite, the check-in & check-out process was fast, the service staff were friendly, the price of food and drinks was cheaper than other hotels, the hot shower water was smooth to use at night or dawn & didn't taste salty at all. The breakfast food had quite a lot of variations, especially the fruits. The location of the hotel is right on the edge of a quiet beach, although there are people selling on the edge of the beach but it's not noisy at all. Highly recommended for those on vacation to Lombok because of the service and location of the hotel which is next to many shops selling Lombok souvenirs.

friendly service, smiles and detailed information, only there was an additional Rp. 50,000 (without a receipt, note) when I asked for a twinbed sea view cottage room to become onebed for a reason different from the Traveloka order.
