The waterboom swimming pool area is unfortunately still under repair, the surrounding environment, especially the beach, really needs to be cleaned because the hotel is already good but its cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, but please have more variations, especially the cleanliness, check the condition of the food again whether there is any that is expired or not. Hopefully it will get better and better

the place is not maintained and dirty, the toilet smells and there are many mosquitoes on the bed.
The swimming pool area is dirty and mossy, the beach area is very dirty,
feels like staying in an uninhabited inn
there should be no breakfast if the menu served is not appetizing, the taste is not good and dirty.
the food is swarmed by flies and ants.
there are only simple dishes.
it is very unfortunate that the service and place seem to be unmaintained.

Overall, it was good from the service when checking in, the room was also clean, the bathroom was also clean, responded quickly when needed
only the door to room 201 needs to be fixed because it's a bit difficult to open, maybe because it uses wood so it expands

I came during Eid al-Fitr, the breakfast should have been crowded, but there were only 3 employees serving in the breakfast room. The food provided was very minimal because there were very few while there were many guests, there should have been more employees.

I am very very happy .. everything is far beyond expectations, we booked during a long holiday, and it is very worth it with the price we paid. friendly staff, cool and comfortable rooms are very comfortable, fragrant, clean, even the swimming pool that we are satisfied to use. unfortunately the waterpark is not maintained, but it does not matter. the private pool is the most enjoyable thing. plus we extended to enjoy the room longer. very satisfied with our vacation .. thank you to the staff who are very helpful and your kindness

spacious parking area. security reception is prompt, staff are friendly and clear, vehicles immediately pull up to the villa door, so it's nice and the family is also happy because they don't have to walk to the villa. I'm confused why it's called preferred partner traveloka..is it true that traveloka conducted a survey?

Comfortable room, ok view, swimming pool so so not too clean, can play in the sea water too. Unfortunately the beach is not well maintained, dirty sand and lots of trash. Have stayed there before, now it is getting better. Improve the cleanliness and variety of breakfast. Thank you

2nd Eid in 2024, Stayed 1 night 1 day at coconut island arrived there around 11.20. Couldn't immediately check in to the hotel around 2 pm. Long wait, then the hotel room was the best, we were in a wooden family room for 4 people, clean and comfortable but unfortunately the beach was not maintained, We didn't eat at the restaurant because many reviews said it was not tasty and expensive so we ate outside. Suggestion if the place is nice, many of the houses are rotten, the pool is maintained, the beach is also maintained, it will be very good.
