The staff at all stages and services are very attentive, enthusiastic and cute. Only the receptionist on the first day of welcoming guests is a bit unprofessional, giving guests a bad first impression
The onsen in the room and outside the public is wonderful, similar to Japan, the resort design is as beautiful as Ghibli's Spirited Away.
The biggest minus point is that the food is bad and expensive, not Japanese, not Vietnamese, quite industrial and far behind the popular sushi restaurants.
The location is a bit far from the center (about 15-20km), the plus point is quiet and comfortable, the minus point is that there is nothing to eat except the resort's terrible food. Each time moving to the center, the taxi fare is about 350k. If you go with a group, it is comfortable.
