Dolce Wyndham in Hanoi is a very nice hotel in a good location. The staff is wonderful and it is a very beautiful hotel with good service. 5.

Everything was golden and grand over there. Nice room and spacious, breakfast with variety of food to choose from. There 's also a convenient store nearby.

The dolce's restroom is the reason why I book here, it's more beautiful than the bedroom, the professional receptionist has a late checkout, the buffet breakfast is delicious with all kinds of Korean spicy noodles, the one thing I don't like is the The buffet service staff laughed and talked loudly, making me uncomfortable to eat and drink

Great hotel with a nice view.

Regarding the hotel room, there is nothing to complain about: large, beautiful, good view, comfortable large bed, eye-catching gold-plated furniture. Each infinity pool is a bit small and shallow. If you make the swimming pool bigger, add a bar and have more lounge chairs, it's great. Have stayed at the hotel 2 times and still want to continue to come back here if given the opportunity.

I booked for a night for my mum's belated birthday gift, we had dinner there on Friday 2/9 exactly on Vietnam 's National Day, the dinner cost me 1tr vnđ per person with great food and seafood, hotel are very fancy and clean, swimming pool is very stylish. One thing I was sad it 's I forgot my hand sanitizer in my room 1504, I needed it because I had eyes laser treatment in Hanoi, I need hand sanitizer to clean my hands before I put my eyes drops for a week. I called the receptionist at the hotel and they waited for house keeper to check on the room but unfortunately they have no record something was left behind in my room but I know for sure I forgot it there in my room.

Khách sạn không cho chụp ảnh bằng máy cơ, mặc dù là mình chỉ chụp hình cá nhân thôi. Nếu muốn chụp bằng máy cơ thì phải tính phí nên cảm giác rất không thoải mái. Mình sẽ không quay lại lần sau.
