The hotel staff was friendly and responded quickly when our room's AC was unstable. However, room service was lacking. During our four-night stay, only one room was cleaned, and that was only after being called. The only amenities in the bathroom were soap. There were no prayer mats in the rooms.

The hotel staff is friendly and can store your luggage before check-in if you arrive at BA early in the morning. Check-in and check-out are easy. It's located near the market and Baiturrahman Mosque. Parking is also spacious and can accommodate all vehicles.

The place is nice, close to the Baiturrahman Mosque, the room is nice, the bathroom is nice and has hot water. The only downsides are there are black spots on the blanket (it doesn't smell and doesn't have any effect on the skin but it's quite disturbing to look at), there's no shampoo but soap and toothbrush are provided, and lastly, the wifi was out for a few hours while I was staying.
