first family trip to Dubai...first time in Dubai as a matter of fact!... The Hilton Palm Dubai is highly recommended. We can't compare to other hotels in Dubai, but it was superb. Based at the "foot" of the palm, it was ideally located on West Beach - a lovely, vibrant but not overly-busy location full of laid-back beach front, family-friendly bars - and only 10 mins from JBR, the Marina and Atlantis by taxi or Uber. Burj Khalif and Malls are further out, but same for anyone staying in Marina/JBR area. The hotel is immaculate, light and spacey - open areas are not overcrowded, including the pool and beach areas. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and is ideal for families. We ate in only three of many restaurants during our visit, but only because we liked them! Mowsem, Trader Vic's and Claw BBQ. All are typically buffet style, and food choices are plentiful, and quality is excellent. We ate Christmas lunch in Mowsem. A little too formal but that was already clear in the pre-booking process, so our choice or completely. It didn't disappoint though, and we'd recommend for anyone spending Christmas in Dubai looking for a lunch with family-friendly entertainment. Our room was a Premium Double with Sea View and balcony on the 4th floor. It was spacious and views of the harbour were great. Well recommended for families or couples, and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you Hilton Palm Dubai for making our first visit a great experience.

Our stay was amazing throughout and received excellent service from the staff. Matilda truly went above and beyond to make sure that we and our 2-year old had a great and enjoyable stay. The dining options are good and the beach in front of the hotel is also nice

We had a fabulous stay at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah beach. The hotel team from reception, housekeeping, concierge, to all the restaurants were brilliant. Rooms are spacious and very clean, more so than the UK!

Hilton Palm was a slightly cheaper option, went with no expectation. Could not fault a thing (and I’m very fussy) 10 out of 10 for everything. Fantastic food, impeccable service and immaculately clean. Perfect beds. Highly recommend.

The hotel was fabulous, room was large and comfy, all of the restaurants were excellent and all of the staff throughout couldn’t do enough My only minor criticism was that the music around the pool was a little too loud and very repetitive, not all of your visitors are under the age of 35

Excellent service

Great hotel and staff and no issues throughout my 5 day stay. Frustrated though when they tried to sell me a room upgrade (…therefore they were available!) but wouldn’t upgrade me, despite being Gold with Hilton & Platinum with Hotels.com. Why offer something you can’t or won’t deliver. I typically have low expectations but this was disappointing.

Love love love ❤️❤️ wish I could go every year great location fantastic amenities bars restaurants pool. A stones the from the sea Staff couldn’t be more helpful buffet breakfast choices were vast and plentiful. Will definitely be saving up to go again

Hands down this may have been one of the best hotels I ever stayed at.

Hilton doing its thing well! From check-in to check-out I was impressed with the quality & level of service (& I checked in at 2.30am!) Staff were super friendly throughout, the hotel was always spotlessly clean & well looked after, as was my room. Great amenities in room too - kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer etc. Poolside was great, plenty of loungers/cabanas, at seat service as well as an app to order plus free filtered water & towels. There are plenty of restaurants but only one I think operated by Hilton - Mowsem. I only used this for breakfast, nothing missing that I could think of that you might want for breakfast and pretty efficiently run. Had a great stay - couple of small things noted below!) The hotel location is on the main trunk road onto the Palm and therefore when taking a taxi to or from the property requires a certain amount of twisting & turning by the driver - honestly the road system on The Palm makes spaghetti junction look simple - I mention so that you know the drivers are taking the mickey! Also the independent restaurants in the hotel do not offer the free filtered or local water the hotel does, a bit annoying as I feel a few years ago Dubai generally had got away from only offering paid for bottled water but that certainly wasn’t the case whereever I went. There was seemingly not issue if you had your own with you. Overall a great stay & would stay again!

Lovely room, good view, good location

All the staffs were very friendly and accommodating especially all the Filipinos that I’ve encountered. Hotel was perfect.
