The staff was really friendly, the view from the room was really amazing, the food was really delicious and the food price also really cheap, but it’s quite hot in the room at noon! Overall good experience.

Can't say anything about the view which is really great. It's perfect for those of you who are tired of the city's fatigue. The food is really delicious. The staff are friendly. Maybe the only thing that needs to be improved is the water heater, because sometimes it turns off and on. But overall, my family and I are very satisfied.

First time staying here, all the staff service was very good, very helpful, the cleanliness of the room was also very good. The accommodation is very well maintained and clean. The atmosphere is also very comfortable and makes you feel at home, the air is fresh, the food is all delicious. WiFi facilities, Netflix also run smoothly. Continued success, Richland Bali, getting higher and higher in the air.

Staying here was truly an extraordinary experience. The atmosphere is cool, the view is really beautiful, the staff is very helpful. Incidentally, my husband likes fishing and there is also a fishing spot. Oh my, it's really complete here. For the food, don't doubt it I ordered chicken satay, capcay, fried tilapia, French fries, fried chicken, everything is delicious. The price is cheap. My husband's fishing can be cooked. If you catch fish, you have to pay per kilo. But I'm very satisfied. The only minus for me is that the roof of the room (glamp) is damp. It would be better if the roof was double-layered, when I touched it, it seemed like there was water seepage and that made the room smell damp and the carpet also smelled damp. Hopefully it will be improved in the future. If possible, provide a heater or something to maintain the humidity of the room. Other than that, everything is really good. Please improve it again. Next time, I will definitely return to this inn.

Overall good. For glamping at this price but there are still mice, I think it's not worth it. Then there are so many rules! I even took off my make up before lying down because I was so afraid of stains on the sheets. During my staycation, this was the first time I experienced this. Before checking in, we had to wait to see if our room was safe and the sheets were stain-free. The male staff spoke too fast, which was a bit difficult for me to digest 😅. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

A very beautiful location, because it directly borders Lake Batur. The view is very charming, especially in the morning if the weather is clear. Overall, it's great. Hopefully I can come back again someday

Internet lambat sekali dan ada tikus berdecit

Suasana dan pemandangan nya indah dan bagus, staf ramah dan helpful. Sayang kekedapan tenda kurang jadi sangat disarankan kalau menginap jangan terlalu berisik apalagi kalau sudah malam. Overall recommended 👍🏻

Ambience dan suasana sekitar OK, sayangnya jalan menuju ke tmpt ini sangat jelek. Staff helpful dan friendly selama menginap. Untuk yang mau lepas lelah sejenak OK lah, asalkan bisa tahan sama bau tikus tanah yg kadang2 bisa main ke kamar, jd pastikan ga ada sisa2 makanan di dalam kamar. Begitu banyak barang utk menangkal tikus di zaman modern ini, tapi mereka masih berkutat sama tikus yang merajalela. Agak geli sih pas bbq-an malem disamperin 2 tikus kecil yang berusaha ikutan nyicip sosis bakar di atas piring wkwk. Yang perlu di highlight, hati2 banget sama noda yang ditinggalkan. Mereka berani charge customer untuk noda yang sudah dibilang pasti bisa hilang. Namun krn ketidaktahuan mereka untuk handle noda, mereka limpahkan ke customer lebih dr setengah juta harus dibayarkan utk noda yang ga sampai 2 cm dan akhirnya terbukti bisa hilang. Klo mau liburan, mending cari tempat yang ga ribet aja 😂. Banyak koq bagian depan2 yang akses jalannya lebih OK dan ga sejauh yg ini 🫣

Tempatnya indah, bagus dan pelayanannya oke banget.
