The hotel is good and very close to the bus terminal so it is easy to reach. All the hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. I got reccomendation for a trip in Da Lat, the travel are so good. And I got one big problem, their staff helped until the problem was resolved. Even the manager until intervened helped. If I could, I will give 10 stars for this hotel. Thank you for the kindness of all of you!
