From the beginning until the vibes were really good. Greeted by security, Front Office, and escorted to the room, everything was great. The hospitality was extraordinary. Thank you to Mr. Aris, Mr. Trisna, Mr. Mohlis for your help during my stay. I was given a late check out too! I'll recommend to every family and friend to stay there! Oh yeah, just 1 thing that needs to be fixed, the Wifi.

The check-in process was fast. We got 2 rooms a bit at the end. Even though it seemed that the rooms in front were empty. Maybe you have to request first, then you can get a room in the front or according to your wishes. The taste of toothpaste is very strange and made me nauseous all night. All the service employees are satisfactory. The atmosphere of the room and toilet is clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite comfortable. It's just that when we stayed the weather was not very supportive, namely rain and strong winds.

I'm really sorry about this, the water from Horizon is really bad, the bath water makes your hair dry and tangled even though you've shampooed it, the water is also yellow in the bathtub and there are no hotel slippers, so those who wear shoes have a hard time having breakfast and going around the hotel.

Second time staying here, but maybe during weekdays there is a time that is not busy so there are some parts that are not optimal for a luxury hotel. One of them is about the water in the bathroom which is colored and slightly smelly, the overhead light in the bathtub is dead and the swimming pool is mossy and around the room area there is a fairly pungent smell when we arrived at night and there were still leftover dinner plates from people staying in our room that had not been removed, even though we checked in late at night. This is not like usual when I go there on a weekend. Hopefully everything can be fixed for the sake of mutual comfort.

Really nice view... the receptionist was nice and friendly. But poor hospitality. at 11am I was swimming for almost 45 mnts while my wife ordered some cold drinks....and the pool was so dirty, coz they didn't turn on the circulation pump at all. no body cares... though the waiters were good in serving. first time we checked-in, the room floor was wet all the way to the toilet...
