The experience of staying here is quite pleasant, the resort area is spacious with beautiful views, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, the food is quite delicious, there is a mini zoo, there is a well-maintained garden, there is also a beautiful garden. The drawback here is the swimming pool area which is rarely cleaned, the condition is a bit dirty not brushed, some chairs are also dirty and dusty. For the room and reception staff, they are very agile and fast, for the kitchen staff who are lacking, because the food preparation time is not in accordance with what is specified, so you have to wait again, so please improve it again. Yesterday I stayed at the Junior suite on the weekend for 2.2 million. The room is spacious, the refrigerator is big, the TV is with Netflix, the drinking water can be refilled for the first request. But unfortunately there is no bathtub. In my opinion, at that price it is too pricey 🙏🏻. Breakfast is not yet a buffet, you can choose to be delivered to your room or to the restaurant. The rooms are still small. Even though the place is very spacious. But the sofar really enjoyed it because it was not too crowded so the swimming pool felt private and there was a small soccer field for the kids to play. The staff is friendly. I asked for help to pack my clothes, thank God they agreed. Thank you 🫰.

I love the flower fields especially in the morning. The food so good I hope they may provide buffets next time soon. Overall I enjoy my time at Akasha! But this place not elder friendly I think.

Hotelnya bagus kamarnya bagus cuma untuk tipe Junior Suite masih di bagian bawah. Yang bisa lihat view atas hanya yang Premier saja. Makanan enak belum ada buffet jadi diantar ke kamar tapi ada restoran di depannya. Baru ini nemu hotel yang Netflix dan Youtebe on. Keren sih jadi gak bosen di kamar juga. View hotel bagus sekali.

Nice place to have staycation with family, stayed for 3D2N at Junior Suite room 106. Such a nice interior and design, but unfortunately the aircon is not cool enough for such big room even we already maximize the temperature and fan, still we felt not cool enough. Lucky in the night the rain falls which makes cooler. Another is, I found red stain in the bed sheet, on the leg part, seems it was nail polish stain, and also brownish stain on the other side. But overall is good because the staffs was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The foods was good, the view and so the facilities (wifi, pool, and mini zoo).

Satisfied and happy to stay here, the place is comfortable and clean. Apart from the swimming pool, there is a mini zoo facility as well. We can feed the animals. The resort area is quite large, you can go for a walk while breathing the morning air with your baby grandparents. Road access to the resort is also easy and wide, from the Sentul Circuit toll gate, about 20 minutes.

Rekomendasi sekali untuk menginap, view bagus. Pelayanan ramah. Berasa private resort karena saya nginap bukan saat weekend. Saran untuk restonya aja supaya memperhatikan rasa dari masakannya, karena harganya tergolong tinggi, jadi musti worth to pay. Untuk kamar dan fasilitas lainnya cukup baik.
