The service was very unpleasant, rented the unit but it was not suitable, the unit was rented in the Bogor Mansion Apartment which was being completely renovated, dirty and dusty including the swimming pool whose water was black and could not be used, I was required to still pay even though I did not occupy the unit and did not willing to stay there (without refund and relocation decisions). The service was very bad and complicated from Travelio customer service, 4 hours waiting for relocation but couldn't and the decision to refuse the refund was only known the next day after I had returned home and refused to stay in the unit. Travelio's work is very unprofessional, I've given up and will never trust Travelio agents again.
