We stayed here overnight on our way from the SFO airport area on our way to Sacramento. The town of Concord was very nice and the hotel was rather new and very modern. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here after our wedding day and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond!! She made us feel so welcomed and even gave us a little gift. The breakfast was great as well! Staying here again for Valentine’s Day!

Our stay was excellent. But I left my reading glasses when we left, however the hotel staff told us they didn't find it.

Property and rooms clean. Breakfast was fine. Extra fees for parking was not expected. Lost item. People at desk not helpful...was told manager would contact in the morning. I was not contacted. Room cleaners had to have taken it.

I would like to give a shout-out to Ms. Sonia at the front reception. She was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We will definitely be returning.

Stay was great overall. Front reception staff upon check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. Daily breakfast was sufficient and offered a good range of options. We would gladly book and stay again.

Check in was quick and simple. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy and I liked that there were carts available for use to load your bags to your room. Rooms were clean, modern, quiet with everything you need plus youtube on the tv and a microwave is a bonus. Beds were better than average compared to other places I’ve stayed. Was also able to DoorDash food to the room with no problem which was a huge bonus.
