canceled the stay and forfeited the boxing ticket traveloka because the staff was not friendly and impolite explaining to the guest the long and tiring journey home from Jakarta to Lampung. be careful before choosing a room and could not move rooms. even though the cost of the deluxe room was added but could not because it had been boxed by someone. and finally canceled and could not get a refund because the message was from the application. and disappointed and looked for a move to a hotel that was not an inn that had unclear services and facilities. should I report the loss where to OMBUDSMAN or to CCPC or the Tourism Office

trying a new experience, our family used 2 double bed units. given adjacent rooms so we felt comfortable. the bathroom was relatively clean, there was a hot water shower too.

Clean, comfortable, suitable for backpackers to stop and rest.

At that time I got a price under 100k and it was really worth it for transit before going to the next city. The room size is also just right. I also really like the bathroom which is clean and separated, so it's more comfortable. Oh yeah, there's also a coffee shop on the rooftop so you can have a coffee. Awesome!

Strategic location, in the center of Lampung city. Many food stalls, minimarkets nearby, selling fruits and juices nearby, there is also a cafe on the rooftop, with standard prices and delicious taste. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Cleanliness is okay, hot water works, soap, shampoo and tissues are abundant. The mattress is quite soft for the price offered. For those who are just on vacation alone or backpacker types who only need accommodation to sleep, this place is highly recommended.

If you want to stay here, think twice, there was an incident where a small stain disappeared when you washed it, but you were charged a fine, even though if you think logically, if you check out, you will definitely wash all your items, but the hotel immediately gave a fine without thinking twice, this is the first time you have stayed with the experience of the staff bad from the moment you arrive until you leave.

At 01.00 there were still people playing songs so they could still be heard. And at 4 in the morning there were already guests who were noisily active and talking loudly as if they were in their own home. BTW, it's worth the price.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the mattress is soft, there is a cafe on the rooftop so it's practical if you want to drink coffee 👍

The capacity was said to be two people per room but it turned out that only one person was allowed, you couldn't get towels, you couldn't drink, there was no bath soap, the room was stuffy and stifling.

Great for a short stay in Bandar Lampung.

I like it clean, but the toilet door is a bit difficult to open.

Pelayanan nya ramah, kamar bersih, kamar mandi apalagi bersih banget. Semoga aja nanti ada kapsul untuk khusus cewek atau khusus cowok.

Stay di sini 5 malam. Kamar tidak dibersihkan tapi memang seperti itu kebijakannya jadi tidak apa-apa. Overall semua sesuai ekspektasi.

Alhamdulillah pengalaman pertama nginep di hotel capsule menyenangkan, Kamar sesuai pada gambar, toilet pun bersih, proses check in/checkout cepat, free wifi, parkir kendaraan aman. Ada cafe rooftop minimalisnya, cafe indoor pun nyaman. Overall okelah.

Hotel yang cocok buat kalau mau backpackeran. Everything was fine kecuali resepsionisnya yang sama sekali ga ramah. Ada kerusakan dan udah lapor, bukannya ngecek malah sesumbar ngomong. Kamar mandi bersih tapi tisunya banyak yang abis dan ga diisi. Ah ya, tamu lain dengan tipe kasur yang sama dapet sendal hotel, tapi saya ga dapet satupun. Jadi bingung itu fasilitas atau gimana ya? Masa kita harus request kalo emang itu compliment dari hotel. Overall it’s quite great to stay in Ketje (apalagi kalo front officernya lebih ramah).

Nyaman banget nginep di sini pelayanan baik.
