Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood, accessible to downtown, shopping and dining.

The staff at the hotel went beyond the normal service to make us feel comfortable. Our flights came in very early and they allowed for early check in, happy to have us over. The breakfast was wonderful

Loved staying here and will definitely be back. Calm, quiet and just a short walk to the best of Wiesbaden. I was back in Germany after having lived there and couldn’t have stayed anywhere better for my time in this lovely city.

Clean, quiet, safe, close to both the park and hospital, and walkable to town, Hotel Fontana was a great choice for us. Staff was welcoming, helpful and kind.

The Hotel Fontana is my absolute favorite place to stay in Wiesbaden. The owner, management and staff treat every customer with dignity as if they were family. Front desk personnel had inside knowledge of Wiesbaden's events calendar and gave me great tips regarding interesting things to do and see. The breakfast is a full breakfast with hot dishes, continental specialties and fresh fruit. Proximity to the Kurpark, Kurhaus and Stadtmitte is a huge plus.

We had a great stay at Fontana Hotel. They took it upon themselves to provide an early checkin knowing we travelled a long distance to get there and were arriving mid morning. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room/suite was very clean and well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. we would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to others.

We stayed here because it's half way between the wine region and the FRA airport. Friendly staff (although English communication was a bit raw) and comfortable room. Basic amenities consider eco-friendly seems to be a big issue in Germany. Breakfast is very basic comparing to other places we stayed during this trip. The biggest drawback is there is no AC, which even in early September is a bit warm by American standards.

It‘s in excellent condition- modern, yet located in an older upscale area of the city.

Zentral zur Wilhelmstrasse aber direkt am Park und im „Grünen“ Sonnenberg. Sehr netter persönlicher check in. Unkompliziert auch mit Hund.

Nettes Hotel und guter Lage. Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr gut. Rezeption nicht immer besetzt, aber klar kommuniziert, so dass dies kein Problem war. Sehr angenehme Preise in der Minibar. Gern wieder.

Great hotel in a wonderful location on the park as well as a bus line. Fantastic and flexible staff who were super helpful. The woman running breakfast even memorized our coffee choices! They helped us with late check in and ordered a taxi. Wonderful hotel

Our stay in Fontana was comfortable and practical for ease of access to the city. It is a 10 minute walk to the city center. Our room was spacious and well kitted out. The only thing I would do differently would be maybe to book a room to the rear of the property as the road outside can be noisy. ALSO NEVER LEAVE THE HOTEL OR YOUR ROOM WITHOUT YOUR KEY IF THERE IS NOONE ON RECEPTION!!

Der Aufenthalt war für uns angenehm und erholsam. Die Lage des Hotels in ruhiger Wohngegend ermöglichten uns etwas Erholung von den Alltagspflichten. Die Räume waren sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.
