The pool is not clean, the children's playground is not well maintained, the food variety is limited and the taste is also lacking. I took a room package with dinner, but dinner was only a rice bowl and it took a long time to be delivered. Waited 2 times to complain before it arrived. The room is okay, spacious, easy access. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

The water was off for a while before checking out (10 am), the room was on the 5th floor.

For a family vacation spot, it's okay, especially for those with small children. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be considered, both in the room + bathroom + swimming pool + garden. The lighting is very dark, both entering the hotel and in the parking lot, it feels like a forest or a hotel in the middle of a forest, so it's really scary.

The check-in system during the holiday season like this should use an effective and efficient system. Yesterday, check-in took a long time, waiting for more than an hour because dozens of guests were queuing while the receptionist only had 1 computer. It could be better.

Late check-in (23.30 WIB) because it was just to sleep because tomorrow there are still activities in Bogor. But there are always obstacles; 1. Access card error, it took 30 minutes to enter the room (back and forth reprogramming the access card). 2. The AC was not cold enough, wanted to complain already at 00.00 WIB. (seems like it lacks freon). 3. Didn't get a compliment (mineral water) in the room, maybe forgot because we arrived late at night. Luckily we brought a stock of water in a tumbler. 4. The water in the shower didn't flow very fast. 5. Breakfast was combined with the hotel next door (1 group) where it was as crowded as the first day of the Jakarta Fair. As a result, the waiters were overwhelmed & the food was slow to be refilled. Hopefully in the future it can be given more attention.

I have often stayed here when I go to Sentul, the hotel is affordable and the service is good.

The room is spacious, comfortable, clean. The view from the room is also very beautiful. It was very pleasant to stay at the Lorin Hotel 🤗

For the price of 300, this is okay. All facilities are functioning well. There is a children's pool, slides and children's toys. The large garden can be used for children to run around.

So so the price of the hotel is very reasonable with the facilities it has, it's not disappointing, right?

Fun, the kids are happy, all the staff are friendly, very polite, thank you.

First time staying here and overall it's pretty good. Could be improved like the menu for room service (scan QR code but can't). Music until 22.00 because it's Saturday night (there's an event?) but we were informed about this. Only one glass in the room (usually two glasses), the sound of the outdoor AC can be heard inside the room. No tissue (only toilet tissue).

Anyway, this is one hotel that you want to come back to
