Very good clean room clean toilet

So far the hotel is comfortable and clean

All the facilities are good, but found some spot on the bed dirty also for the pillow. But the facilities are good enough, toilet was cleaned, there's a space between closet & shower so the wastafel area keep dry that really thoughtful for me

Quite comfortable for a transit place, but there's no elevator, making it troublesome to reach the 3rd floor and beyond

It's really good for a place to transit and stay temporarily, clean and comfortable.

Clean room, friendly staff, strategic location, just a shame the toilet can't flush... so you have to open the top and poke it before it can flush.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in.

The hotel staff is a bit hard to find at night. But for the room, the AC, everything is neat, clean and good, hopefully in the future it can still be good for the room atmosphere. The price is also affordable, not expensive

I've been to Sans many times, only sometimes using my girlfriend's account. Sans basically has a very cold AC, clean rooms, and clean bathrooms too, the downside is that it's not soundproof, but otherwise there are no problems.

For the room size, it's enough, just add a little from the standard and you can get a deluxe, the staff are very friendly, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean. Access in and out is easy, but if you have food, you have to walk a bit to find it.

Friendly staff, book deluxe room 201 to get a view of the street. The room and bathroom are neat, clean and comfortable. The AC works well, just a suggestion please check the mattress when sleeping, the middle part of the mattress curves inward when you wake up, your body feels uncomfortable. Thanksss

Comfortable accommodation with a strategic location in the middle of the city center. The room is super comfy!

I've been here many times and it's quite satisfying.

Comfortable to live in, especially the area has many places to eat.

The room concept is cool, comfortable, the bathroom is also comfortable, clean and so on.

The staff is not helpful and not friendly at all. Very slow response. During my 4 night stay there, I was asking the cleaning service to clean my room on the 3rd day, he said yes but when I'm back to the hotel, they not cleaning my room. They only provide half used toilet paper since the first time I checked in and never refill it.

Colourful design enlighted the hotel but can't hide the budget class and because we booked last minute we got quite high prize. I climbed stairs to our 3th floor room, it 's OK because I can see it coming by looking at the hotel 's pictures, but a little disappointing the staff didn't seem care to help a lady with her excess baggage. We request non-smoking room, but the room smells smoky. The room quite clean, so is the bathroom.

the place is actually quite comfortable. It's expensive but the version is better. maybe that makes the bed less comfortable. The middle part of the mattress in my room is curved inwards like that and makes my back hurt because I sleep a bit curved. it's usually okay

Only 1 towel was given, you had to ask the staff first. Remote batteries sometimes don't work. The AC in the corner room seems to be integrated with the central AC.
