Apartment in Nhat Tan Ward

This is the hotel I stayed in Hanoi for 4 days and 3 nights. Really like the space, very modern and clean. The staff is very cute, enthusiastic and gallant. Solved the problem very quickly. There is a location a bit far from the center but that ' s okay. Clean room with full amenities. Cooking utensils are complete and very good. The bathroom is fully equipped with a dryer, shampoo, and shower gel. Very clean and thoughtful. If I have a chance to go to Hanoi, I will definitely stop here again.

Hi , Westlake Tay Ho Hotel is summary is Ok, but it a little bit noisy. General is good, staff and all facilities are good also view from the room where we stay. Ok, recommend.

I do not normally give feedback to the hotels or apartments I stayed in, but I guess, this place really deserves to get the highest rate. All of the staff displayed amazing and excellent customer service. From the owner of the apartment down to the staff, they were all very accommodating and very friendly. From cleaning the rooms up to the multi-function room facilities. The location was just perfect, walking distance to the Westlake, groceries, pharmacy, money changer, food stalls and of course, very accessible going to city centre. This apartment comes with free wifi that a great network connection and that made me feel like I am still home. I would not ever hesitate to get back to this apartment if I have any chance. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for the best service apartment/travel experience in Hanoi

Lovely hotel, the location is spot on - you can overview the lake from the hotel balcony, or entrance, and the morning view is very nice. Clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Good for short stay in the West Lake.

I used both the Restaurant and Hotel services here, and below is my experience (a bit long 😊). Hotel Services Staff: Maybe because the hotel is new, the EQ of the receptionist is a bit poor. If the manager reads this, please help train the receptionist to know how to say "sorry" and "thank you" when necessary! Payment issue: I booked a room through Traveloka and reported full payment. However, when checking in, the receptionist said I still hadn't received the money. OK, no problem. The problem is that after that, I didn't see any support or advice, even though my wife clearly said that Traveloka had deducted the money via credit card. The receptionist didn't seem to care, didn't bother to check or double-check, it seemed like you only cared about receiving the current payment (probably afraid that my wife and I were scammers). Too frustrated with this attitude, I had to pay again, then went to the room and called Traveloka. Very quickly, Traveloka confirmed that I would be refunded the money I had just paid. And it was not surprising that my husband and I did not receive any apology from the receptionist (while Traveloka apologized via phone and email). Room quality: The room was clean, the lobby smelled good but I did not like the smell of the room spray. However, the soundproofing was quite poor, especially in the bathroom area; you could clearly hear the sound of water flushing from the upper floor or the next room. Breakfast: The day I stayed, there was only one dish, no choice, like "whatever is given, eat it, if you don't eat it, that's it" 😊. Restaurant service: The staff was lovely, the food was okay. I gave 4 stars because the taste was not really excellent (the BBQ ribs were a bit sweet ^^) Summary: Although the hotel is brand new and has a beautiful view of West Lake, I only gave 2 stars for this experience. And I have no-intention-of-coming-back.
