Put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. Room smell very bad and needs maintenance. Avoid if you can.

Nice hotel but the location not good enough.

All is great, our room being tidied every day. One of the room has air conditioner problem but the staff attended to the matter promptly. Breakfast was okay considering the price was cheap (if converting to MYR). The only thing that I would prefer if my room has window. Other 2 rooms has window except for my room.

Comfortable stay. The minus only the soundproof, we can clearly hear the noise from the room next door, from corridor and outside of the hotel.

During our stay, we intended to commemorate our wedding anniversary. Kindly capture photographs on the rooftop, followed by a brief ceremony in the rooftop area, lasting no more than 30 minutes. We had previously confirmed with the receptionist the possibility of utilizing the stage for this purpose. Although the receptionist had supposedly obtained confirmation from the manager, we regrettably encountered an unexpected interruption during the session. A staff member from the rooftop informed us that a payment of 500,000 rupiah was necessary to proceed. Our initial plan was to conduct the ceremony within the room we had reserved for a three-day period, along with three additional rooms. We express our profound disappointment regarding this apparent miscommunication among the staff.
