The tour sounds expensive but trust me, most things in Sydney are expensive. This tour is value for money. The bus came on time and there would be confirmation email sent the day before telling us the tour guide name, number and the bus plate number. Sydney Zoo was newly opened in 2019 and the concept is much better than Taronga Zoo. Our guide was Alfie and he was very friendly and informative. He is fluent in both English and Chinese. You should request for him if you consider taking this tour. Just remember that people are very punctual in here. Do reach the meeting place on time :)

It was a great experience. Stephen as the tour guide is definitely a well-versed one in his knowledge. He explained a lot of things, even trivias, during our trip to Sydney Zoo & Blue Mountains. When we went there, the weather was foggy and we weren’t able to see the Three Sisters. But Stephen understood about the weather condition. As we were about to go back to Sydney, the fog has cleared up a bit, so emade a good decision and he managed to eventually brought us seeing The Three Sisters.

The tour was fantastic, starting from the price, the pick-up location, the quality of the bus, and the driver who safely drove us. The tour leader was very friendly, and the package included great experiences like visiting Sydney Zoo, stopping by a nice suburb before heading to the Blue Mountains for a lunch break, and the Scenic World ticket, which was included in the package. The only weakness was the tight schedule, especially during our final stop in the Blue Mountains. We could only go on each ride once at Scenic World, even though the ticket allowed for unlimited rides. We only had 2 hours, including the long queue, but that’s okay. Another issue was the noise on the bus. When I sat in the back, a lady was making a phone call on loudspeaker, and the guide didn't address her. Overall, it's a must-do and worth-the-money tour to choose when you include the Blue Mountains in your itinerary during your trip to Sydney.
