The tour guide (Mr. Putra) is very experienced, how to transport the vehicle and even how to take pictures is very good...even made videos for each location which are suitable for IG reels or Tik Tok...at this price it is really worth it...highly recommended...next time trip When going to Nusa Penida, I will definitely use this again

Positive: The PIC that I contact through Whatsapp is so responsive. He will reply to you even in the middle of night. He is so responsive too when we were late and need to get the next cruise from Sanur beach.
Negative:
1. The driver is really in hurry. I feel pressured to enjoy my time in every single places because he always want to go super quickly. At the end, he dropped us more than 1 hour before our trip should finish. So basically we don’t even use the service for 7 hours while they promise 11 hours.
2. Charging 100K more for white person eventhough they are already in KITAS.
3. The driver even suggest us to just stay in the Kelingking beach instead of going to Broken Beach and Angel Billabong eventhough the itinerary is not like that.
4. Cruise tickets are not even under our name.
Overall, if you want to go to Nusa Penida just to take picture, maybe you can find cheaper provider that will do tons of things such as taking pictures and make Tiktok video like pro. This one might more for people who want to enjoy the scenery instead of taking pictures.

The pick up was very on time (6.15 WITA) the driver picked up at the hotel and immediately moved to Sanur harbor and prepared to cross using a fast boat (7.30 WITA) which was all handled by the driver, then in Nusa Penida there was a tour guide waiting by car and immediately Head to the breakfast place (because you haven't had breakfast yet hehe) then go straight around West Nusa Penida, starting from Kelingking Beach, Angel Billabong, Broken Beach, Kristal Beach, etc. (I forgot)
For the record, the Tour Guide is very friendly and good at taking photos and videos, don't hesitate, the quality is the best... After being satisfied with walking around and having lunch (includes tour services) the Nusa Penida Tour finishes at around 4 WITA, and you will be taken directly back to Bali using a fast boat the same thing, good job for the vendor providing this service, next time I will try the East Nusa Penida Tour, thank you once again.
