The service is too long and long-winded, they should have reminded me of the items left behind, why did they leave them on the shelf during the facial? The lady took them for me so I don't know what I left behind, the house is also far from where it should be, if the facial is directed or delivered, so I don't get confused going up and down the stairs without direction, there are 3 receptionists but they don't even want to accompany 1 customer, please pay attention to the service because I got the cheapest facial, so it should be like this, the first person to come and the first treatment should be more welcoming, instead the lady who cleans should be better than the receptionist

I've had many treatments at DL slim and skincare BSD and so far it's been good in my opinion. CS is friendly and clear enough to provide information, the nurses, obstetricians and security guards are friendly and the doctor's greetings are clear in detail when explaining, giving me the best treatment for me, friendly and patient with patients. for the price of treatment here, it's still cheaper than other places that have similar treatments, and of course in DL slim BSD there are often promos 😊😊👍.

Dokternya terlalu jualan, sibuk nawarin treatment ini itu without actually asking what my skin concern is. Treatment hifunya sakit bgt, a few days after I can still feel some parts of my face aching. Other staff is nice though, so maybe for basic treatment, it’s worth it.

Always comfortable treatment in BSD, doctors and all friendly employees. The treatment order was also assisted by the receptionist, so I could get treatment at a more affordable price. Clean and quiet place. There are many types of treatment. Very ok DL BSD, highly recommended.
