07:30-08:00 (Applicable to Ho Chi Minh Departure tickets)
Complimentary pickup and drop-off service applies to the following locations in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City: De Tham, Pham Ngu Lao, Bui Vien, Bui Thi Xuan, Le Lai streets. Pickup time will be arranged and informed by the operator at leat 1 day before the tour starts
Participants located outside the aforementioned locations are advised to be present at 57 Le Thi Hong Gam Street (District 1) at least 15 minutes prior to departure time to start the tour
Transfer to My Tho

08:00-16:00 Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda
Travel by boat on Tien river and sightsee the 4 islets
Arriving at Thoi Son Islet, enjoy walking around, taste test seasonal fruits, and enjoy Southern Vietnamese chamber music (Đờn ca tài tử) in the garden
Visit honey farm and taste test honey tea
Transfer to Ben Tre on a boat
Upon arrival, visit a coconut candy factory—Ben Tre's specialty
Have lunch and rest or cycle around the area
Get on a buggy to sightsee the area
Return to My Tho by boat

I joined the tour on D-1 departure and was contacted directly by SST Travel that night. The departure schedule was according to the hour and was picked up at the Oscar Saigon Hotel. During the trip to Mekong, the history of Hochiminh and Mekong was explained by Haley, the tour guide. The tour guide was quite friendly and offered to take a photo together.

Growing up watching Rambo movies, I always wanna see mekong river. This trip is beyond my expectation. Starting from the operator’s fast response to follow up my booking confirmation, punctual pick up at hotel lobby and itinerary that not only introduce me of mekong river cruise but also Vietnamese culture, homemade natural products and meal. Not to mention that Huy, our guide is very helpful and informative. Would go with them for another arranged tour.

Kevin, our tour guide has made the day trip very enjoyable. He speaks good English and took the time explaining to all of us about the Vietnamese culture and customs. The tour itinerary is well planned out with just enough activities and not so overwhelming. Transportation is comfortable and excellent. If there is anything negative then it’s the weather being too warm and humid, thereby creating much discomfort to the travelers. But then it’s not the tour management’s fault. Overall, it’s a very well organized 1 day tour trip to visit Mekong Delta. Highly would recommend to others.

Great tour, the refreshments provided were very good quality and the guide was very knowledgeable. Recommended for solo travelers who don't mind joining an open tour as that is what I did.
