I have bought tickets for Playlandia Bintaro Xchange on Traveloka but I was still told to wait. The queue was only opened for 1 line out of 2 available tables. Maybe because of the lack of staff, so there were only a few people guarding it. But please make a special queue for Traveloka, at least after the ticket is confirmed, just give access to the locker room, then buying socks etc. can be done in that area. Please remember, buying on Traveloka means you HAVE PAID.. Your money is secured by us, while those who are queuing are not necessarily going to buy. Oh yeah, please don't call customers "MOM"... it doesn't feel good to me. Not all mothers like to be called Mom. Maybe I was just PMSing, but it turns out I'm not the only one complaining about the queue. In the end I didn't go in because I was annoyed, I didn't care, it was a loss if the bracelet wasn't worn. Please fix this!
