When I entered the ride, it was really cold, guys. It was really fun. The facilities were okay. Jackets and boat shoes were included in the entrance ticket price.

The kids are happy, even though the place isn't big, it's enough to make the kids happy playing on the ice slide, it takes 30 minutes, maybe in the future we can add another 15 minutes😁🙏

The staff at the location are friendly, the Traveloka voucher exchange process is very fast... even though the place is small, it's really cold, my feet go numb hehe

Lokasi di pinggir jalan, ternyata dalamnya luas, dan fasilitas bermain anak cukup banyak. Ada kantin juga, harga ekonomis. Jika lupa bawa jaket, tenang aja, dipinjami jaket, sarung tangan, dan sepatu boot. Overall seru juga ke sini.

the place and the games are fun .. but I got unpleasant treatment from the staff ... when I came in with 4 children .. I was laughed at and mocked .. the staff's faces did not provide good service ... nowadays if the service from a place is not friendly, there will definitely be fewer visitors ... even though it's a shame that a good place has cheap entrance tickets ... The service at Joy n fun is better at the playground behind it ... they smiled when I bought a ticket ... if at snow park they were rude ... sorry I gave bad advice for the unfriendly service ... hopefully the snow park service can be like the Joy n fun game ... one place has different services .. sorry and thank you
