Participants will be picked up at 09:00 and 13:00 around Bintan Resort and Bandar Bentan Ferry Terminal. Participants who live outside the Bintan Resorts area will be charged an additional fee of IDR 360,000 for transportation. For airport or Tanjung Pinang pick-up, please arrive 1 hour before the tour starts.

tickets cannot be redeemed, and cannot be refunded. The phone number cannot be called and is unresponsive.

I have been to the place according to the address shown and was rejected. Although the cashier said there was a photo of the rubber boat used which belonged to the place, our name and booking were not detected. I bought 2 bookings and lost 500k. Even though we booked for July 20, we were only allowed to refund on July 18.

the point is, we were scammed. Not recommended and bad management.

tiket tidak dapat di redeem, dan tidak bisa di refund. Nomor telpon tidak bisa ditelpon dan tidak responsif.

Saya sudah ke tempat sesuai dengan alamat yang ditunjukkan dan ditolak. Walaupun kasir memberitahukan ada foto perahu  karet yg digunakan adalah milik tempat tersebut tapi nama dan booking kita tidak terdeteksi. Saya membeli 2 booking dan kehilangan 500k. Padahal kita membooking untuk tgl 20 juli, tapi kita hanya boleh refund tgl 18 juli.

 intinya, kami terkena scam. Tidak merekomendasikan dan buruk management.
