-What You Can Expect -

Day 1
Starting in Edinburgh, we travel west to collect the passengers from Glasgow. Our first stop is the picturesque conservation village of Luss, situated on the scenic banks of Loch Lomond. We then proceed through the breathtaking expanse of Rannoch Moor, passing by the Black Mount and reaching the historic Glencoe, where the MacDonald Clan suffered the infamous massacre of 1692. We take a relaxed stroll to fully absorb the ambiance of this haunting glen before continuing our journey towards Fort William and the imposing Ben Nevis, Britain's highest peak. After a satisfying lunch in the Fort William vicinity, we embark on a two-day tour to Inverness from Edinburgh, following the 24-mile shoreline of Loch Ness, and passing by Urquhart Castle en route. Our journey culminates in Inverness, the capital of the Scottish Highlands, where we arrive in the early evening.
Day 2
Today, you have the freedom to customize your itinerary as per your preference. You can opt to explore the captivating Culloden Battlefield, the site of the defeat of Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobites by the Duke of Cumberland, and witness the ancient Clava Cairns. Following a break for lunch, we head south to Ruthven Barracks, the former military garrison built by General Wade. There is also an opportunity to visit the Dalwhinnie Distillery. On our return journey, we pass through The Hermitage, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk through the serene Scottish woodland (subject to availability during summer months), before crossing the Forth Bridges and reaching Edinburgh.
