• AIRSIM works on unlocked mobile phones and tablets only. It is not compatible with pocket Wi-Fi devices (MiFi)
• You may use data sharing (tethering) on your mobile phone or tablet if applicable
• The daily data usage time is based on Singapore time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59, except for the 24 / 48 Hours Data Packages
• There is no pro-rata calculation regardless of the activation time of data service. 24 / 48 Hours Data Package is a continuous 24 / 48-hour session starting from service activation
• Most overseas mobile operators have Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
• We advise AIRSIM users to disable their phone’s software auto-update function and use free Wi-Fi for activities that require high data usage
• AIRSIM supports data service only. SMS is not supported
• Dual SIM handset users are advised to insert AIRSIM into SIM Slot 1 to ensure data service network is assigned on SIM 1. Please check and confirm the data roaming function and data service network are assigned to AIRSIM
• Upon arrival, insert AIRSIM into the mobile phone and switch on Data Service and Data Roaming. Please wait for about 3 mins for the service to start. Some Android phones may require a restart
• After using AIRSIM, please turn off data roaming function to avoid unnecessary roaming charges
• AIRSIM will expire if you have not purchased any data package in 1 year

• Purchase of data packages
- Purchase your data package through the AIRSIM ROAM app. Select your destination, service start date, duration of service, and pay by credit card
- Once you arrive at your destination, insert the AIRSIM SIM card and the data package will be begin immediately
• Receiving and making calls:
- Receive and make calls overseas with your Singapore number using the AIRTALK ROAM app. Get 30 minutes free when you purchase any data package with our current promotion
- To receive calls using AIRTALK, divert your Singapore mobile number by dialing **21*67616088# before departure. The caller will need to re-enter the mobile number to connect the call
- To cancel the diversion, dial ##21# upon returning to Singapore
