We really enjoyed the park. Had a bit of trouble navigating as we couldn't orient based on the map on site. Maybe provide a physical map or online map that guests can use to make navigating easier. Other than that, we really enjoyed the park. The animals looked healthy and well cared for. Facilities were super clean. One of the nicest zoos we've been to.

buy tickets online show is zoo ticket , but we go to mandai zoo entrance the worker say need to buy another ticket for entrance in zoo , but never info is only buy the breakfast ticket in the zoo ,

It was relative far from City but worth it.. We want to see more monkeys arround us but we didn't find it 😁 anyway the place are clean for a zoo, it is a nice place to visit🫰

Available free shuttle bus from Mandai to MRT station very helpfull and easy to access.Thank you for the hospitality.

Lots of animals, also neatly arranged. You can also take the tram for free from any station. Children are also happy to see animals that they have never seen before ^_^. There are also lots of gazebos for shade & relaxing

I used google map, searched "Singapore Zoo", google took me to a deserted place near the military zone. Except for going the wrong way, everything else was fine.
- The zoo has buses, there are rest rooms with fans / air conditioning.
- The hygiene is basically clean.
- The animals are well taken care of, no signs of fatigue.
- There are vending machines, event areas, toilets, dry playgrounds and water for children.
- Online tickets just need to scan the code, there are vending machines / support staff.

This is a must for family & kids visiting Sg! Worth every dollar! Remember to bring extra clothing/wet clothing as there's also a water play area & playground! I didn't expect it was there, sure will come again on our next visit. Thankyou Traveloka for the hassle free booking available 10/10

Staffs are helpfull. The area is so big. For the first time, you can use the free tram to see all of the area. After that you can choose which area that you would like to explore more. Unfortunately, when we went there, there is a big rain, so around 2 hours wasting time for resting in food area.

Dont forget to visit the link that provided on the eticket PDF version, put the booking number and you can go with hassle-free. Staff already aware of traveloka voucher so it was easy in redeeming the voucher.
