I feel it's a waste of time to exchange tickets at the counter. If so, I'll buy it at the counter instead of buying it online and wasting more time by having to sign an additional confirmation paper.

I booked a VinSafari + Wonder combo ticket on the app. During the booking process, I may have pressed twice on the date I wanted to choose (select and deselect), so the system automatically selected the closest date (the next day). Because I couldn't cancel the ticket booking because the system needs at least 2 days before the ticket's operating date to cancel, I asked for support from the 24/7 customer service. Although it was a bit slow (because it was the weekend + late at night), you guys helped me change the ticket. Thank you very much!

Although going on a weekday, the waiting time for the car to enter the semi-wild area is quite crowded.
The quality of the zoo is quite boring, specifically the number of tigers and lions, you have to look very carefully to see. The tour guide is also not special.
There is a flexible electric car support for the elderly (>60 years old)

I tried buying for few pax using different platforms, the ticket bought via Traveloka need to be exchanged as physical ticket at the counter before entering, so a bit troublesome and hard to communicate with the local people due to language barrier. I also encountered issue where their system down and they could not print out the ticket for the other two I bought! so almost cannot enter at that time. It would be better if can direct scan at entrance to enter! Price and package is good though. Thanks traveloka.
