About Golden Bird
Golden Bird is a part of Blue Bird Group that engages in car and limousine rental. In 2014, Golden Bird launched an airport transfer service for passengers traveling from Soekarno-Hatta Airport to the Jabodetabek area and vice versa. Golden Bird then joined the JAC (Jakarta Airport Connexion) program in May 2017 to provide customers with a comfortable and convenient airport transportation service.
Golden Bird offers a 24-hour service and various types of cars to meet each customer’s needs. Customers will also be served by personal drivers who work under the motto of ANDAL, which stands for aman (safe), nyaman (comfortable), mudah (easy), and personalized. Thanks to its dedication to providing excellent service, Golden Bird has been awarded with a Superior Service Award from PT Persero Angkasa Pura II, Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
Currently, Golden Bird is expanding outside of the Jabodetabek area, offering its services in major cities across Indonesia, such as Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Solo, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Lombok, Medan, and Manado.

Additionally, customers can also relax in the Golden Bird Lounge, which is now available at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Jakarta and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali. These lounges are equipped with cozy interiors and offer amenities such as free hot and cold drinks. How to Use Your Golden Bird Voucher
To Airport
- Once you have completed your booking and payment, you will receive your Golden Bird voucher from Traveloka.
- Your driver info will be available 30 minutes before pick-up time. You can see the driver info through the voucher in your Traveloka App or through the SMS sent by Traveloka.
- Your driver will pick you up at the agreed time and location. Please show this voucher to the driver to confirm your booking.
From Airport
- Once you have completed your booking and payment, you will receive your Golden Bird voucher from Traveloka.
- Upon your arrival at the airport, go to the Golden Bird counter. Show the voucher to the staff who will guide you to your car.
- If there is no Golden Bird counter at the airport, your driver will pick you up right on the arrival gate, carrying a signboard with your name on it. Otherwise, contact your driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Show the voucher to the driver to confirm your booking.
- Your driver info will be available 0 minutes before pick-up time. You can see the driver info through the voucher on your Traveloka App, or through the SMS sent by Traveloka.
