The date shown in your e-ticket is the latest date where you can use the e-ticket. Rest assured, you can change it to your preferred visit date by making a reservation via the Hong Kong Disneyland reservation page.
Yes, you can visit Hong Kong Disneyland earlier than the date stated on your e-ticket! Just follow the steps below:
3. Sign in with your active email/mobile number
4. Enter the PIN Code sent to email/mobile number, then click “Submit”
5. Click “Link Reservation from eTicket”
6. Enter the Confirmation Number field with the Confirmation No. on your e-ticket, around the QR code. Then, input the Billing Reference No. stated on your e-ticket on the Ticket Reference Number field on the website. Then click “Search and Link”
7. Click “View this Reservation” on the Available tab
8. Click “Cancel the Reservation”, then click “Back” — this doesn’t cancel your booking, you can choose your preferred visit date after this step. If you have multiple tickets, repeat this process for each ticket you have.
9. Click “Reserve Park Visit”
10. Choose “Park Ticket (1-Day, 2-Day)”, re-enter the Ticket Reference Number with the Billing Reference No. that located around the QR code, then click “Next”
11. Fill in the name (optional), then click “Next” until you can choose your preferred visit date. You can choose your preferred visit date according to the Tier of your e-ticket. You can find the information above the Reserved Park Visit Date on your e-ticket.
12. If you have multiple tickets, click "Add Guest" and choose the preferred visit date for each. Please add guests according to the number of tickets you have. After selecting the visit dates, click “Next”
13. Choose your preferred visit date according to your e-ticket Tier, then click “Next”
14. Review your reservation and tick the box if you have infant(s) entering the park with you. After confirming everything is correct, click “Confirm”
15. Your reservation is done! To see your new visit date, click “View Your Reservation”
You can make a reservation to the new preferred visit date according to your Tier indicated on your e-ticket. You can find the information below the Reserved Park Visit Date on the left of the QR code.
As soon as you get this e-ticket, you can make a reservation. We strongly suggest you do it as soon as possible to avoid any unwanted scenarios that might happen from not doing so.
After the reservation is successfully made, you will see the notification with your new preferred visit park and your visit date will be automatically updated in the system.
No, your e-ticket will remain the same but the preferred visit date will be updated in the system so you can use your existing e-ticket to enter the park.
If you have multiple tickets, you'll need to reserve a preferred visit date for each guest. Simply add each guest and select their visit date.
We recommend to reserve your preferred visit date as soon as your purchase via Traveloka. You still can reserve the preferred date as long as the quota on that date is still available.
Yes, if you have multiple tickets, the number of guests will match the number of tickets purchased on Traveloka. To reserve for additional guests, please purchase new tickets.
Just present the full page e-ticket on your mobile device. If you want, you can also print it out and have it ready with you at the main entrance. Don’t alter or tamper with the e-ticket or you won’t be able to enter.
