How to Reschedule My Hotel Booking

Follow these steps to reschedule your hotel booking:

1. Log in to your Traveloka account. Go to My Booking and select the booking you want to reschedule.

2. Scroll down to the Manage Booking section, and tap Reschedule. Tap Info to read the Terms Conditions and make sure that rescheduling is available. Tap Request Reschedule.

3. Fill in your new booking details. Select the option you prefer and fill in your Contact Details. Tap Continue.

4. Review your new booking details. Then, tap Continue.

If the price of your new booking is more expensive than your previous one, you will have to pay the price difference. 

If the price of your new booking is cheaper than your previous one, you will receive a refund of the price difference.

5. Fill in your payment or refund details.  Tap Continue and then Yes, They’re Correct to confirm.Tap OK to submit.

My Booking


Please note that your booking will only be updated after you have completed the payment or refund step. 

You will see the updated booking and reschedule status under My Booking

Please note that you will receive your refund according to the payment method you used for booking. For credit card and bank transfers, you can expect to receive the refund amount within 2 – 5 working days. 

If you have booked a Pay at Hotel or a non-refundable room, follow these steps instead:

  1. Cancel your current booking.
  2. Make a new booking with your preferred new date. 

To find out whether your booking is refundable, please refer to the policy on your e-voucher. Keep in mind that rescheduling your booking may incur some fees.

Note: Hotel Easy Reschedule is available on Traveloka App version 3.0 and above.
