Airport Ascot Motel

The light in the room triggered electricity off. We are quickly offer different room but no compensation for swapping room as inconvenience. It’s really annoyed

Excellent Motel Clean, Quite and very accessible to the rooms with elevator.Parking is easy alot of eateries around. staff very help at reception also.

Transit stay on way to airport

Was an excellent room with facilities. Next trip to Brisbane, we will stay there again easily. Would definitely recommend

Overnight stay

Close proximity to the airport, definitely cozy for a family of four but clean, comfortable and perfect for our night before flying as close to eating options as well. Opposite a great park for The kids also.

A great place to rest before having to drive again. Lovely room is the walking distance from Port side wharf.

Room was clean and tidy but Shower Door fell off as my wife attempted to have a shower. Recovery was good as the room next door was not occupied so we were allowed to move next door. These things happen I guess, but this could have ended badly had I not been there to rescue my wife.

Good bed

The Motel listing did not match the actual motel. The room was made up but was not clean. The reception office had no one attending. To enter you had to call a phone number. The manager directed me to a safe outside the building and told me the code. I opened the safe to find my room pass in an envelope. The safe also had all the other guest room passes in there. . I could have taken any one of them. As could anyone else There was no staff in attendance and zero security. As a solo traveler I felt very unsafe here. I went to my room and five minutes later I left and checked into another hotel. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I highly recommend you don't stay here. Avoid it at all cost. Very disappointing. Still waiting for my refund which I'm sure I will never get.

Room 201 fridge was so noisy all night had to unplug it. Shower was tiny, mouldy and then went freezing cold half way through shower. Bed very firm. Would not stay again.

Good value

Very clean and quiet. Nice for the price. Only real complaint is that there's very limited parking so we had to park nearby.

The keys access

Very convienient for the airport. Free parking always a bonus.

Clean & comfortable room with lift access for upper floors and parking downstairs. Great base for an overnight stay before flying out of Brisbane airport.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay again as it met all our needs. We stayed 5 nights.
