The property itself is decent, but the communication from workers over the phone if you're checking in after 5pm is very poor. Took an hour to check in and get car park. Not exceptable.
I asked a couple that were in the lobby for help and they said there is at least once a week problem with guests checking in that they help. The couple were tenants of the apartments.
Workers finish at 5pm, so if you're checking in after that time i definitely wouldn't recommend this place especially if you are trying to get car parking.

Bed was terrible as it was two single beds put together and could lay in the middle as the mattresses weren’t even. Very uncomfortable and ended up sleeping for a bit in the lounge room.
The blind directly in line with the top of the bed also let light come in which was in eye line when laying down in bed. Made it very hard to get to sleep as well with outside light beaming in from other rooms etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is close to Southbank and the city. Restaurants and cafes are lovely. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Always a convenient and affordable option.
Only complaints was the apartment next door had a yapping dog that barked all day and that the apartment downstairs started drilling in the wall at 6am.

Very convenient location, easy access to Southbank and local food - great shopping at Harris Farm Markets supplying the local restaurants etc...we parked our car and walked everywhere, really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly comfortable and ideal for our weekend getaway from the kids.

We wanted to try an apartment to avoid eating out all the time. This location in South Brisbane was perfect. Close to groceries and transportation. Unit was very plain but worked out great.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and it's location. It was in a lovely quiet area and had the most delicious chicken at the local beer and chicken place at the base of the apartment which was oh so convenient.
We were within walking distance of the supermarket and other cafes/restaurants and a short distance from Southbank. The pool was amazing.
Overall a very lovely stay, would definitely recommend to others.
