The unit does not have any aircon in the bedroom. No shampoos and room service. Only soaps were provided for three days. As per requirement, I also had to clean the dishes before checkout, which I never experienced at any other accommodation.

Lovely property on the water with a beautiful view. Our room was an adjoining one and we could hear the people staying in the next room through the adjoining door which was a little annoying. Room had been cleaned but had hair and cobwebs on the floor in the bedroom near the bedside table.

The bed was comfy and the furniture was nice, can't say much for the permanent resident next door. He kept making alot of noise and had the TV up loud. Won't be staying again

Booked & paid for 2 bedroom unit for 3 adults & 2 kids, was given a 1 bedroom & told first that I'd be given a full refund & find somewhere else. Was eventually given another single room away from other single room but we had to move the next day. Rooms were so dated and in disrepair - the door were tricky to lock & unlock hard to open. The towel rack fell off and the aircon control fell off during the night. The showers were mouldy along the edges from age & no toilet brush in toilet. The location was amazing though lakefront and right next door to shopping mall.

Make sure that you check prior the bedding configuration, our booking was for a deluxe suite should’ve been a sofa double bed and a double bed, I had to make do with sleeping on the couch which luckily was so comfortable but what if it had been 4 adults as the booking was supposed to be. Overnight onsite manager is unhelpful and arrogant,So beware if you need help after hours - lovely lady at the desk. All in all beautiful spot, quiet, and clean

Overall decent place to sleep for a couple of nights. Beds are comfy, shower is hot and good water pressure. Walls in adjoining rooms very thin and can hear everything.

Could hear every word and noise from next door unit .. person next door chain smoked and coughed most of the night so we got very little sleep . toaster and kettle had to be plugged into power point about 6 inches under air conditioner .. no shampoo or conditioner .. satchet to wash one lot of dishes only
