Property is not new and some decor reflects this, but the most important areas e.g. bathroom and lot have been updated.
2 bedroom apartment we booked had lots of living space in addition to good sized bedrooms and bathroom, decent kitchen for self-catering simple meals.
Would use again if in Canberra area.

Good value for money. There are several room layouts so you can get more or less lucky with room size and amenities. Staff are super helpful and nice. shops next door are convenient but Belconnen is general just suburban, not much in the immediate area.

Only the underground parking needs to be upgraded. No one use a key to unlock the gate any longer, especially where the car needs to stop on the top of a steepy slope that is dangerous.

Staff were argumentative when I was checking in, website says 10am check in time starts but they argued that it starts at 2pm. Once I advised them I had already called and asked about earlier check in they moved my room and allowed me to check in. The after hours key did not work, neither did the after hours phone number. Very disappointing. If it wasn’t for another guest who had a working key I would’ve been sleeping in my car.

Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and convenient to Woolworths. The traffic noise being next to the road was loud and made sleeping difficult. Parts of the room were not well cleaned.
