The lock on the room for meant we felt unsafe.
Lobby staff was excellent. Cleaners in the morning seemed to have little concept of the noise they were making.

Large family room with all you’d need for a two or three day stay. Parking not so great as patrons of the hotel use the spaces, so we had to park in the adjacent shopping centre.

The kitchens power points are behind the fridge and MW.
A power board would be good secured in place, so easier to plug in/out, and on/off.
For some items in the kitchen....airfryer and electric hot plate ....it would be helpful to have a 'how to use' pamphletts.

Property was nice but not once during our 3 days was our room serviced so no clean towels, no bed making and our rubbish wasn’t collected. There were also hand towels or face washers provided.

My stay was perfect, no complaints at all . Room nice and clean , Staff I had contact with, Receptionist, cleaner , very polite and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone traveling to Canberra.

The instructions to get our key (as we were coming late) was not very clear.

Excellent! Staff is friendly and very clean and easy access to restaurants and supermarket, walking distance. Also Shell petrol station is across the road. Pump our petrol before heading to the Snowy mountain!
