Good location

View from our room was stunning, had both ocean and city views. The nightclub across the road didn't bother us. Room was clean, but outdated. Furniture needs to be updated. The serviced was average, As its not a hotel, you dont get your room serviced eveyday, and need to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper and empty the bins yourself etc. But as we didnt spend much time in the room it wasnt to bad. The kids loved the pools. Great walking distance from everything, beach just across the road. Restaurants, bars, shopping just 1 or 2 blocks away. For breakfast options, There is a buffet breakfast at the hotel next to this one for $30 a head, or a restaurant just around the block. Tram and busses only a few minutes walk. All in all it was a nice stay, good for families, but I personally wouldnt stay here again just for the service.

We’ve stayed at Moroccan multiple times primarily due to the location, cost and facilities it provides. It is a bit dated from a decore perspective, and large rooms means that not everything is squeaky clean, but these are mor than overcome by the location. Staff are really friendly too

We absolutely loved our stay at Breakfree Moroccan Apartments. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the location is great and the view was amazing from our 3 bedroom apartment. We didn’t need a car as the public transport is so good. I would definitely recommend staying at these apartments.

Great spacious rooms, across from beach. Short walk to Cavil mall. Pool and spa inside and out. Sound proof rooms when you shut the windows and doors. We stayed in 294 on the 21st floor, amazing views and wrap around decking. A shame it's all a bit dated and alot of maintenance needs to be done to the room but it wouldn't take much for the owner to fix. Had a couple of issues with the room which reception fixed straight away.

Location is excellent. Extra charge for internet. Elevator had significant issues of not working on several days. The bedroom overhead fan did not work. Towel racks were old and bent. Pictures were missing from the walls with hooks still visible. Clean but looked worn.

The apartment is very old, sitcoms not working all beds having wheels at the bottom making them easily move or slip while sleeping, there is rust everywhere

Location and affordability.

We stayed there for the weekend, we had a lovely view the location was perfect and the beds were comfortable.

Tired but all functions and perfect location right on the beach. Easy access from car park and walk to everything in Surfers Paradise.

Great location, great views, massive apartment and nothing the kids could possibly wreck. But overall condition was terrible, lack of window coverings and the beds were very uncomfortable making our stay quite uncomfortable

Apartment was very aged and not well maintained (219 5th floor). Mould all over bathroom ceiling, toilets older than me, furnishings old and dated, taps barely worked....I could go on. Level of cleanliness was also poor. The best thing about the place was location and outdoor pool facilities. Be warned you will be woken up at 6am every morning by garbage collection plus kept awake on Friday and Saturday nights by the nightclub on the roof next door!

Have previously stayed here many times with great experiences of rooms, this trip room was sub-standard, tired, furniture well worn & very grubby! Bathrooms seriously need attention, can see grim & mould around shower linings, showers leaked, toilets constantly leaked. When advised front desk Lady said that was one of their better rooms & weren’t aware of things needing fixing, I think you need to speak with housekeeping or atleast get an overview each week from housekeeping on room status & upgrades, lifts smelt with old grotty carpet Paying good money expectation letdown. Plus’s great views, great location, overall facilities are good, parking etc Moroccan has always been my accommodation of choice have just booked another 14 night trip in June with a different resort. Disappointed.

I have strayed there before and is a great location apartment this time had a great veiw but was a little run down and could have been cleaner was surprised there was no aircon the pools are nice and would stay again just hope they do something with that appartment before they rent it again
