Enjoyed the stay again. The Mont is close to where we need & provides good clean accommodation with excellent meals

The Claremont was an easy place to stay. We didn't utilise the hotel bistro or breakfast but the facilities looked good. The room was basic and small but was very clean and provided tea & coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room suited our needs for the one night stay.

It has everything we needed, close to where we wanted to be, food is excellent

When running a damn brothel At least have the decency to warn other guests or to have them keep there noise down perhaps 2 weekend I’ve stayed at this hotel with the same nonsense Won’t stay again Refund would be appreciated surely the lovely paying customers coming from down the hall give you a cut that would help with my refund. SHOCKING

The staff are wonderful and the business is very well run. Excellent value for money.

Dodgy place to stay. Some staff were good and tried to make it nice but some are the most unprofessional I’ve seen in my whole 49 years and never been treated so badly by 2 of the hotel cleaners, one who couldn’t help but share private, confidential and sensitive details about the hotels discrepancies! It’s mind blowing what I was told by one of them. Too many issues to mention here. Scapegoated, accused and mistreated. Used to not mind staying for the cheap as price however they need to employ different cleaners in my opinion especially as a job coach and employment consultant. It was and is alarming. All my 10/10 reviews under Nikki as solo traveller should be 1 star as it is not what it seems at all. You’ll see why it’s so cheap when you stay. You’ve been warned!

I was quite comfortable during my 1 night stay in a double room. The bathroom was very small, with nowhere to put toiletries, but all in all I was happy, and the price was great! I would definitely stay there again

Everything is fine except the wifi, it's not working in the room and even after telling the manager he doesn't know what to do didn't find the resolution

Room was good value, house keeping was excellent, plenty of free parking

Our request for early check in was instantly accepted. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Good supply of towels and toiletries. Fantastic staff, always ready to help 👍

the room was clean and the staff were good the only downfall was the doors banging at 5am in the morning with workers leaving there rooms came for a holiday not to be got up at that hour
