The location of this apartment is very convenience. We have two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. The room is spacious and the river view is wonderful.
However I have been advised if you need a daily cleaning to your apartment, you will need to ask for it. We have stayed there for two nights but nobody clear our room.
Also the lift can be a problem. This apartment is in a big complex but only has two lifts. One day we have to wait for 15 mins to get onto the lift.

The best about Evolution Apartments - LOCATION! It is in walking distance from multiple attractions. The accommodation with a view to the river was outstanding!
Not a big fan of carpeted halls and room - but it's not a deal breaker since the location is difficult to look past.

Well located - a short walk from Roma St station (if coming from the airport by train, book online for really good discounts on the fare).
Spacious and clean.
Bathroom a bit small and could do with better lighting. The shelf on the wall within the shower is in completely the wrong place!

The stairs window was screwed open and so noise penetrated the apartment. A sliding partition had been jammed open. Otherwise clean and well designed
