Everyone was very friendly at this hotel. The location was close to downtown and everything we wanted to do. It was nice that water was available on request and when we needed transportation it was readily available. The facility was very clean and the pickle ball court o the fifth floor was a nice surprise. The breakfast was fantastic and my only complaint there was minor and it was that they did not come around for coffee refills. Other than that it was Delie ious. The gym had what was necessary for a workout and my only complaint there was, if all four cardio machines were used, the room got pretty hot with no way to lower the heat. Otherwise it was good. The space was small so I understand why 5 bodies working out would heat up the room. We were fortunate to be flexible with our time so waiting a little later helped. Over all the hotel was great and I would recommend it.

A truly magical stay. From when we checked in, we were delighted by all the little things the Hilton did right. Whilst we are not frequent hotel users, it was amazing to stay somewhere and witness a next-level establishment where all the staff nailed their roles to perfection. Check in staff were lovely, room was strikingly well cleaned. The staff at breakfast knew our room number from memory which was next-level impressive.

Stay was acceptable but not quite the experience I expected from a Hilton and as a gold member. Both the property and rooms were fairly basic with limited facilities all around the building with only one main dining area. Room was quite barebones and didn’t come stocked with the usual five star hotel amenities and house keeping was patchy, there were missing amenities and refreshments that were not replaced or refilled and required asking, left behind trash from house keeping. Cleaning of the room was only average. Gym was very basic. Staff was friendly and professional however and location of the hotel was convenient.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was good. It is in a walking distance to the center of the town. One of the days the rooms were not cleaned. We were given 2 free drinks. The ladies in the front desk was very nice and friendly. One of the guys in the front desk was not friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 rooms. Overall it is nice hotel.

There was supposed to be free wifi. I had to join to get it and rhen got one day sbd they cut me off. My kids panicked cause they couldn't get hold of us in another country. Bad advertising

All in all a very good stay. Working your way through the property can be a little tricky. Especially if you're going to executive lounge. Tram stop outside of the hotel, within the city cbd area free zone. Staff all very helpful.

Great location, could walk everywhere i needed in CDB in 15-20 minutes (queen vic markets 10 mins, bourke st mall 5 mins, skydeck 20 mins etc. great hotel great service

Great stay while visiting Melbourne. Comfortable hotel, walkable to shopping and dining and convenient for touring around. They even have a rooftop pickleball court - we enjoyed a family game.

Nestled in the beautiful heritage building, the hotel has a much more boutique vibe than the mainstream Hilton hotel chain. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is the building has very weak wifi reception from Optus.
