Good value, will definitely use it again. The apartment has washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable bed.
Thet can do better with arranging furniture to accommodate the three of us, however it's not a major drama.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and when I did have a complaint about the TV it was resolved immediately (and it was my mistake not theirs).
It was a short walk to the shops and most importantly for me close to the hospital (Princess Alexandra Hospital).

The in-house Sam Pao Thai restaurant served some of the best Thai meals we have ever had. We lived in Sydney for over 30 years so we know and have eaten in many Thai restaurants and Sam Pao Thai is up there with one of the tastiest ☺️.

Ironing board was broken but managed to use with some mcgivoring.

Only thing I was disappointed about was there was no coffee or tea otherwise it was a great place to stay. Nice tidy rooms, easy after hours check in and check out.

This property is government housing, which isn't advertised. Our staff member staying there, was constantly accosted by other 'guests', asking for money, smokes & they accused him of breaking into their cars, and threatened to beat him up over it. Totally unsafe environment to stay in. Do not book it!

Location and Staff very friendly. I had two young girls with me noticed a couple of power switches partly Broken, Fluro light in Bath room broke, the staff had all items repaired straight away. I will book again.

The staff were wonderful and so so kind! I had an hours' long gap between my checkout time and when I was meant to check into my new residence, and they allowed me to not only extend my checkout time to just before noon (flexible checkout depending on cleaning staff schedules is actually part of the policy!), but they gave me space to stow my copious amounts of luggage in the lobby while I waited over an hour for my ride. I'm sure this part isn't a regular thing, but the staff held a little birthday celebration for a couple of the crew members at the reception desk and offered me a piece of cake to join in on the celebration. It was a very nice touch and capped off an overall very positive experience. I absolutely would stay again (but will avoid locking myself out of my room at night, cause the fee for rectifying that is A$78 💀)!! Much love from a satisfied guest!

Absolutely putrid. I stayed one night and left with another 3 nights left in my booking. Room absolutely stunk, was unbearable. I travel extensively and was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at. Something wrong with a sewer. Since reviewed other comments and they have said similar.
