The staff is very polite and efficient. The rooms are good-sized, equipped with all amenities, housekeeping is efficient. The hotel is in a happening zone, two minute walk from the lively city park, library and cafes. Parking is stress free!

The rooms are quite dated and some are in desperate need of repair. There were broken tiles and mould in the bathroom. Given how busy the hotel was the 2 times I stayed there, I would have thought they could afford to refurbish the rooms.
